    • All product descriptions, including color, texture, and pattern, are subject to minor variation depending on production batches and digital screen displays.
  1. Orders & Payment
    • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may include/exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • Full payment must be received before dispatch unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
    • We accept payments via UPI, Cards, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
    • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • We are not liable for delays due to courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
    • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
    • Fabric once cut or used is not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products, notified within 1 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.

    • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, fading from sunlight, or damage due to cleaning agents or misuse.
