For all outstation orders (outside Pune), goods will be dispatched through a transport service selected by the customer or our regular transport partners.

Please note the following policy:

* All transport / freight charges will be borne by the customer.
* Goods will be dispatched only after order confirmation and payment clearance.
* Once the material is handed over to the transporter, the responsibility of transit lies with the transport company.
* Customers are requested to coordinate directly with the transporter for delivery updates and freight payment.
* Any special packing requirements should be informed at the time of placing the order.

We ensure proper packing and timely dispatch from our end.
